D.K. Lyons Album Release Show
Join D.K. Lyons and his band as they celebrate the release of his new double album SOPHOMORIC RAMBLING and enjoy the premiere of his short film of the same name.
D.K. Lyons is a dynamic songwriter producer performer and visual artist whose sound has been turning heads since the release of his debut LP in 2020. Born and raised in MA but now based in Manhattan D.K. Lyons values authenticity above all else producing genuine human feeling and connection without reservation.
Shaped by both the loss of his father and the triad of powerful women who raised him the artist takes pride in the unique way he writes about the traditional subjects of love hope loss and fear. At just five years old D.K. told his mom that he was going to be a rock star and hasn’t stopped working towards the dream since teaching himself guitar and the art of songwriting and going on to record over one thousand demos since.
As he records releases and performs D.K. has molded himself into an acclaimed pop rocker the double album SOPHOMORIC RAMBLING positions D.K. Lyons as a rising star pushing the boundaries of being a pop artist. The project comes alongside an exciting short film to be released on the 26th of April.
